Blue screen of death RDR_FILE_SYSTEM

I am having Windows XP SP2 as my operating system and everything was workign fine when i used my computer, but after coming from my long leave when i came to my office and try to access a particular network drive Z: and go into any folder to rename a file I get a blue screen of death. The following is from the screen.

RDR_FILE_SYSTEM
stop 0x00000027 (0xBAAD00A3,0XB76CF9EC,0XB76CF6E8,0XEC621A09)

Does anyone know how to overcome from this message. Thanks in Advance.

I was also getting same error message i try to do each and everything but was not able to over some from this message, then i told one of my friend about the same he told me why don't i add more memory to my system and then i try to do the same and after which i was not getting any RDR_FILE_SYSTEM. You can also try it once, hope this works for you too.

I have try to do add more memory to my computer but still facing same issue, i don't know what has happen and i really want to rename those folder because it's very important for me. Can anyone help me out with this issue and thanks aneesh for replying me.

I was also facing such kind of issue i would suggest you to reconfigure you network connection and at the same time again map your network drive to your computer hope this should work for you, if you are still BSOD then i would suggest you to have refresh installation of your window and have a check for the same. I am sure formatting your windows would definitely work for you.
