Dual Boot OS X with Linux using Parallels

I am looking for software which allows dual boot Mac OS X and Linux. It must allow to operate Linux on a Mac os x without rebooting. Any recommendations and suggestions are appreciated.

You can run Linux on Macintosh OS X with Parallels Desktop Software. Parallels Desktop for Mac is the first solution for Intel-Macs that give you the flexibility of running Windows or Linux on a Mac simultaneously without rebooting.Parallels Desktop for Mac leads in head to head comparison with VMWare.

Mac OS X is built of two components: Darwin, the BSD-based Unix underpinnings, and Aqua. To dual boot os x and linux you need to install parallels desktop. Parallels Desktop for Mac is a hardware emulation virtualization software, using hypervisor technology that works by mapping the host computer’s hardware resources directly to the virtual machine’s resources.

Re: Dual Boot OS X with Linux using Parallels

Parallels Desktop gives Mac users the ability to run Windows, Linux or any other operating system and their critical applications at the same time as Mac OS X on any Intel-powered iMac, Mac Mini, MacBook or MacBook Pro.
