I think that this error message comes because you have installed Mcafee antivirus, if so then see similar type of topic and suggestions given how to solve this problem from here: Error loading NvMcTray.dll and NvCpl.dll

Do you have any nvidia video card installed on your machine because this error message gives an idea about some nvidia file that is corrupted. So if this is what I am assuming the case is then re-install your Detonator drivers to the newset versions which is available for download. Your file somehow got deleted or corrupted. Go here to download the latest TNT/GeForce drivers. http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp

Yes, I think that you have uninstalled any nVidia driver and it did not remove the reference to that tray component that is set to start when you turn the computer on.
    1. Go to Start and type msconfig in the Search Box. Press Enter.
    2. This will open the Configuration Editor. Select the Startup Tab.
    3. Look for an entry there that refers to that NvMc Tray.dll file.
    4. Remove the check mark from that entry.
    5. Reboot the computer to see if the error message returns.

    Hope that helps.
