Well normally when you say you want to move one program from 1 PC to another you can do if if all the installation files of the program are in single folder that you know. But if the software is installing multiple files @ different location & the configuration of software depends on the hardware then moving a program from 1 pc to another is not at all useful or recommended. You must find out the setup file to install it on any other system.

Did you purchased ancarta? Well to use it on the other computer you will need to purchase a new copy. If you are not going to use it in the old computer then uninstall it from the old computer and install it on the new computer with the Ancarta CD.
