Free Utility to Mount an ISO Disk Image from Microsoft has lot of tools, once matured, turn into what Microsoft calls "PowerTools". But there are other, less important tools that can be found in Microsoft, and this is one of them. Other utilities are there to let you to mount an ISO disk image as a drive in Windows, . It is, however, free . This is the kind of functionality that I need they would just include in Windows. But am now sneaking suspicion that if a mainstream OS was to include this functionality, it would be OS X before it would be Windows.
I see lot of guys supporting Daemon Tools. But i would also suggest Virtual CloneDrive is astonishing, but the worst part is that it can't mount as much images as Daemon Tools....it is bad part of it
I know Alcohol and Daemon Tools are amazing utilities that will let t you to mount ISO files as virtual CD-ROMs. Yeah, there exist a method to use that ISO without burning it to a disk.Although I love these tools, Microsoft has a free, 60kb program that does the same thing! Of course, it is not supported… and it’s not as friendly as the software listed above; however, it works and it’s free.
