I don't think there is any command that will tell you how much memory that a server has and how much ram is installed in what slot. The only thing you could know is total amount of memory. The easiest thing is to open the servers and have a look manually. You can do this when you are rebooting the server for maintenance... All the best!

I thought that in linux there is command for everything... If any third party tool to know the physical mapping of the memory on my servers? I don't want to reboot the servers. And the next maintenance would be too long to be waited for. The maintenance is going to be planned after i have the memory... Please help guys.. This is urgent...

There are two tools/commands that you can use for this stuff : lshw and IIRC. But it is not bundled by default. It will be available in the repositories. Check there and install which is required... Hope this works for you... I used it long back, about a year or so...
