    To make chances try this

open window > go to Tools > Folder Options > View > Apply To All Folders.

If that not works then there must be virus problem so check there for virus with antivirus make sure you have updated anti virus definition

    NOTE backup your registry
Click START > RUN > type REGEDIT > OK
Go to to the following key:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell NoRoam\BagMRU
Export this key by right clicking on the keyname and selecting EXPORT and folder path, Once exported delete the key. Do the same for the following key:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell NoRoam\Bags
    Restart windows
