Windows won't sync time

I have recently noticed that my computer is not able to synchronize with windows.time.com. Every computer on my network is not able to synchronize with windows time and till my knowledge i haven't change any settings. The only thing i can think is that a windows update has broken the functionality or with the USA moving to daylight savings time early that has broken something.

Windows won't sync time

Your Window won't synchronize time because it might happen that your battery power would be very low and that's why each and everytime it's not getting synchronize, in that case i would recommend you to replace the CMOS battery and have a check ,it might happen that replacing the battery would solve your problem.

Windows won't sync time

Yes you need to run some scripts which you allow your window to sync time try to run the following script

net stop w32time
w32tm /unregister [ignore error message]
w32tm /unregister [enter a second time]
w32tm /register
reg add hklm\system\currentcontrolset\services\w32time\parameters\ /v NtpServer /t reg_sz /d time.nist.gov /f
net start w32time
w32tm /resync

and the restart your computer for changes to get effected. I have try to use the above code and was able to sync hope it works for you too.
