Re: Qmail : Fedora supervise not running

Try to reboot the computer and start qmail, what do you get? If you get the same thing upon reboot too, try to stop qmail and then start it. May be this would solve the problem Also check if there are any updates available. But first check if the qmail package you have installed is for your OS and you have not converted between other distribution package to yours...

    qmail-smtpd
svc: warning: unable to control /service/qmail-smtpd: file does not exist
svc: warning: unable to control /service/qmail-smtpd/log: file does not exist
    qmail-send
svc: warning: unable to control /service/qmail-send: file does not exist
svc: warning: unable to control /service/qmail-send/log: file does not exist
    qmail-pop3d
svc: warning: unable to control /service/qmail-pop3d: file does not exist
svc: warning: unable to control /service/qmail-pop3d/log: file does not exist

Re: Qmail : Fedora supervise not running

I would recommend you to uninstall qmail. Now after the uninstall is complete, download qmail source for your OS and compile it so that it would tell you which other dependency packages are needed and that might be missing... Try it out and if that doesn't help too, then post back...
