    Hp 6630 recovery disk

I have a Hp Pavilion 6630 on which Windows 2000 was pre-installed. Recently i had tried to update it to Windows Xp. But while doing the updating process my system had crashed. Now the problem is that, it is asking me for recovery disk and i don't have lost the recovery disk. So, can any body tell me that where can i get Hp 6630 recovery disk for my pc? Does any body have any idea about it? Kindly provide me the correct solution for the above issue.

I think you should try to visit the official Hp website. There you would be able to get Hp recovery disk, by selecting the specified model number. You would be able to get the Hp 6630 recovery disk from the official Hp website.

You can either use a program like Acronis to clone your setup on your pc. Or you can restart your computer in dos mode and reformat from there. Then you will be able to run your recover disk to restore your system.

Recovery Disks do not normally come with a COA. You might be able to get in touch with HP but i believe they would have to get your drive to recognize the disc's.
