I've installed the Microsoft Streets program but when I plug in it's receiver, GPS500, it doesn't recognize it. As a matter of fact there are NO Ports or Coms shown in DEVICE MANAGER. There are a number of Usb connections shown and an OTHER DEVICEs - SERIAL CONTROLLER - D but nothing showing a GPS |

Hello & sorry for replying so late. Sometimes some topics just gets missed out. Can you let us know if your problem is solved or is it still there? I can only see 2 possibilities. 1. Virus in your system. 2. Please check the same in safe mode.
