    FATAL: Module fuse not found

    I cannot mount any ntfs partition on my red hat box. When i use modprobe fuse, i get this error "FATAL: Module fuse not found". How do i mount ntfs partition on my red hat box? Please help...

    I think you don't have fuse module installed in your computer. Check if it exists here:
    Code:
    /lib/modules/user/kernel/fs/fuse/fuse.so
    If it is not installed, you have to install it. Download the source code from : http://fuse.sourceforge.net/

    The best answer is update your redhat to the latest version. You OS seems to be too old... All the new linux has ntfs and other file system mounting packages by default...

    You can download ntfs-3g and use it. Also there are a lot of tools which helps you to mount ntfs partitions on red hat. The best solution would be as Fame said, upgrade your OS. Or install the newest red hat...
