| EXPLORER.EXE-Vista Home Premium 64 bit
It seems that your hard drive is being effected by virus that's why whenever you open run EXPLORER.EXE in Vista it always open DOCUMENTS. In that case you need to format your computer and install latest antivirus on your system.  |

Well it is a windows file. The path is default configured in the file which is located in windows file. Whenever you run the file from run it will open a my document folder. It is a default folder by which you can browser other folders in windows. It not a issue of worry. |
