Hello good morning

I have downloaded driver for my OfficeJet 6210 in order to install the same.got the file but the installation becoming fatal with following error code."The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
File: Drivers/dot4/wrapper/Wrapper.exe
Error code: 32.388.03.2.25016
Please send the error code to support@netopsystems.com" myself tried everything that i know but it no outcome.so am here for your help people. why this is happening. i need my printer back to working condition

Are sure you have checked your computers sys menu web site for mobo updates, eg bios/drivers, video driver updates?.I'm assuming this has never worked / is a new HP installation. confirm you have removed HP driver installations have been properly. .Have you tried the HP site for support? Did you follow installation procedure exactly, v.often usb devices require that you install software before you connecting to the hardware.

You can attempt the following method if your printer is to be used on USB.first Uninstall everything to do with the printer, and then reboot the machine.but keep in mind that while un installing do not connect the printer first, you have to install the contents from the printer's CD disk.now after the installation shutdown in order to Plug the printer in to the USB connector.no turn on the computer while start up, if you getting the indication that there is new hardware found.you are successful just proceed with instructions from the Install Wizard.
