How do I change this C:\Users\Snowwhite to C:\Users\Rosi

At the command promt it shows C:\Users\Snowhite. How do i change it to C:\Users\Rosi. I am rosi. Snowhite is the person that owned the computer before me. I've changed the computer name, user profile but when i go to add downloads from online and save to my pc it comes up with that Snowhite as the name still. pLEASE HELP.
