For some reason after doing all my updates, a thing comes up saying PCI FLASH Memory Driver. What is this, and how can I fix it?

You could try this hotfix for Device Manager problems after installing SP3 : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/953979

Usually that shows driver requirement or problem if you update all drivers then that should with proper version also check on your driver cd you will find all necessary drivers that you have to install it in the right order.do not forget to install the chipset utility. This must be done at first.
