Move start menu to bottom of screen

I have a computer with Windows Vista on it. I don't use the computer more often, it my brother who uses it for his work. He is a bit on technical side and i am not much into it. Whenever he uses the computer, he messes my settings and i have to reconfigure the desktop the way i want it to look. I have my own user account but with password but he manages to get into my account. He just screwed the settings and this time i am not able to figure out what he had done. All i want to know is how to Move start menu to bottom of screen? Can anyone help me with it ? Thanks

The Start button of windows cannot be moved separately. Are you wanting to move the entire taskbar of your Windows Vista OS? Weel the start button cannot be separated from the taskbar, if you need to move the start button then you will have to move the entire taskbar.
