Computer keeps crashing awvid5.dll

I am facing an issue with my computer from few days when i try to start my computer after some time it's gets crashed and it specifically happens when i try to change the resolution i get a blue screen with message as

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA referring to awvid5.dll

Does anyone know how to fix this issue because i have really got frustrated with this message and for more information i am using Windows XP SP 2 as my Operating system.

I was also getting same error message when i was viewing a web page at that time i was getting blue screen On Windows XP and it got crashed at that time i try to reinstall your Operating system and this issue was being fixed. You also try to do the same thing hope you problem would also get solve.
