Computer Won't start, not even in safe mode

    Hi good morning,

Last week onwards my computer is not responding.so i turn it off and when I started it today morning it can run till the windows boot screen, when the bar reaches the end the screen will become halt

so decided to boot in safe mode but after loading the drivers it just can't turn on i like to repair my computer with XP CD-ROM but I can't see an option. Can any one help me to make my system normal without re installing windows?

    Thanks in advance...!!!

All right did you try to turn on in the other Safe Boot options:
    try this options....
    >Safe Mode with Command Prompt only
    >Last Good Configuration that worked

Paging File may be playing a role on causing errors.since the Paging File is, is a virtual extension of your original RAM. have you made any alternation recently to your hardware config? change the default BOOT.INI file will result this kind of irregularities ...

Get the Windows XP CD you used to install your operating system.
But before you do anything with that CD, try restarting your computer again. Sometimes, for some odd reason, this works. Usually not, though.Put the XP CD in the drive, and restart. When it says "press any key to boot from CD," go ahead, press any key launch Recovery Console, . If it doesn't permit, change the computer's BIOS to boot from CD.follow the prompts and you can make that CD boot happen without issues...

    best of luck...

Very chance to occur this kind of problems when you are with malfunctioned components on the motherboard.may be PCI modems are king pin following is network cards.

better delete item now turn it on
or take all peripherals with leaving the hard drive now try to turn on,and trouble shoot adding each components one by one and evaluate who is the trouble maker
