Upgrading kubuntu 8.04 to ubuntu 9.04

Hey Guys, i need help with this. I have kubuntu 8.04 installed and i want ubuntu 9.04. so i need help with Upgrading kubuntu 8.04 to ubuntu 9.04. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance!

You will need a ubuntu 9.04 CD. Just boot from the ubuntu 9.04's bootable CD and it will guide you through the setup process... If you don't have the CD you will need to download the ISO image and then burn it to CD so that you can upgrade your linux. I cannot update kubuntu 8.04 directly from internet? I use internet and i have unlimited bandwidth. Well please tell me if this is possible. Thanks!

You can upgrade your kubuntu installtion from the internet. But its core will remain the same. And also you want to upgrade from kubuntu to ubuntu, both are different flavours. So you cannot do it from the internet...
