Installation support file could not be installed Access denied

While Installation with InstallShield 6.22 all went pretty much fine until on this instant keep on failing the process,getting error in the form of a severe message box that reads, "An installation
support file could not be installed. Access denied." i was not able to figure out the error yet this particular error.looking for urgent help...

Inadequate permissions on the machine leads this.if you are with a Windows NT or a Windows 2000 machine,have to run administrative permissions to InstallShield Professional 6.x setup. confirm you have the correct permissions.
verify Ikernel.exe is not in memory; if it is, and no setup is running at the time,end that task,Clean up the temp directory.
remove the Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Engine folder and then
run the set up again

Confirm the user has administrative privileges on the computer at least he can
run the setup. Anything less is unsupported . If does have admin rights and it is still diminishing,if so remove "\program files\common files\installshield\engine" folder on the user's machine and reinstall the application..

> select default security tab
> on the default access Permissions and default launch permissions confirm the user or admin privileges
