Windows 7 Release Candidate Download Manager error

Since last week I am really fedup because of my problem with Windows 7 downloading. I am unable to download Windows 7 RC, everytime I try downloading I get the error message by the download manager saying "A download was halted before completion." How do I get rid of this Windows 7 download manager error message?

It seems to me a antivirus/firewall software problem which is blocking the download process. You can try turning off it or allow it to download. If you are using Internet Explorer 8 then that could be problem with the new browser or also. Try using some different browsers like Firefox, Opera, Safari etc. This could also be the security level that is set on you IE. Keep it to medium or low to allow the download. You can then set it again as you want after the downloading process finishes.

Well I think that's the problem of Internet fluctuation which you might not be aware of or noticed. You can try that again and see if the issue is solved or not. But just remember that you meet the system requirements of Windows 7 Release Candidate:

• 1 GHz or faster 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor
• 1 GB RAM (32-bit)/2 GB RAM (64-bit)
• 16 GB available disk space (32-bit)/20 GB (64-bit)
• DirectX 9 graphics processor with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver

This message gets displayed when the Download Manager exits (what ever may be the reason) before all pending downloads are completed. You can resume the download by clicking the Start Download Manager icon. I have tried downloading Windows 7 using IE7 or Opera or even Firefox but never faced any problem.

I have downloaded it from microsoft website and it went well. I would like to know about the internet connection you are using. I may assist you further.
