Re: Stop Running Desktop Cleanup Wizard

In XP The Desktop Cleanup Wizard usually runs every 60 days, offering to take all your unused desktop icons and move them in a single folder on the desktop. To stop getting these useless messages, right click in an open area of your desktop and select "Properties" from the menu. In the Display Properties > Desktop tab > Customize Desktop button > General tab and uncheck the "Run Desktop Cleanup Wizard every 60 days" box.
