    There is possibility of viruses so just try to scan pc with online antivirus like bitdefender also if that is the problem of os then try to repair it with check disk use windows bootable disk and go to repair with pressing R and type chkdsk and restart pc

    hi think you can solve this with NoDispScrSavPage entry which related with HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\ActiveDesktop . it stores configuration data for the policy setting Hide Screen Saver tab.To change the value of this entry, use the Group Policy Object Editor (Gpedit.msc). The corresponding policy is located in Administrative Templates\Control Panel\Display.

    This NoDispScrSavPage can be edited from registry editor so just try to create this entry in notepad and save as reg.
    [HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVe rsionPoliciesSystem]
    "NoDispScrSavPage"=dword:00000000
    else install windows on existed one no data will lost .
