Do have a CD/DVD or image of Fedora 7? If you have an image of the OS it would make the installation process fast. Create a New Virtual Machine by following the wizard on the first run. It will lead you very nicely.. All the best!
I have an ISO image but how do i use the image as CD-Rom for the Virtual machine? I am new to Virtual PC so can anyone advice me? Do i need to burn the image to the CD to use it or the image will do fine? If i burn the CD, how will i be able to boot from the physical cd-rom in the Virtual machine ? Please help...!
When a Virtual Machine is created, start it. There in the menu bar, you will see option for CD/DVD ROM. Click on it, is has two options, use iso image and capture physical cd-rom. You can use either way, but i would recommend using the iso image as it will be faster and cd burning can be corrupt.
