Error loading dll 32 the specified module could not be found

Everytime I turn on my computer, window pop up comes after start up "Error loading dll32 The specified module could not be found". Pop ups keep coming up even though the pop up blocker is enabled. I also can't load any webpages, whether i try with IE or mozilla. I am having Windows Xp installed on my computer.

If anyone has any information about this, how to fix it.

    hi,

I had the same problem, what I did was .....

    • Go to Start -->Open Run, type regedit and press enter
    • Go to
      Code:
      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows NT \ CurrentVersion \ Winlogon
    • Then check for the key Shell, the value of this must be Explorer.exe, then check for the key Userinit. the value must be C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe, (including the comma) . If there something odd exe running, then delete it.
    • Restart your system .

Some programs that have unfamiliar names may not be deceptive software. Some programs may have come preinstalled on the computer from the manufacturer or may be important components of other software that you have installed on your computer. We recommend that you use caution when you remove programs from Add or Remove Programs. And then restart computer
