Restart your machine in safe mode by pressing F8 while boot up menu appers

and now If you are permitted with the option to log in to the account named "Administrator", do so. this can fix Administrator account to your normal administrator account by using the user accounts control panel

    enjoy....

i have but note this is done with registry so be wary while doing this else you will get dumped....
this is done with enableadmin.exe application so if you don't have with you install it
start orb. provided by your user name ,insert your back cd and reboot the machine

select repair your computer and your Windows installation from the list, notate what drive letter it is installed on while doing this

get command prompt and launch regedit by typing same

locate HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE select the File menu at the top, and then click Load Hive
Click the option on the left to go to "computer"
Double-click on the drive that Windows is installed on and locate system 32/config/SAM

Type "Target SAM" into the box and click OK
    Expand the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE folder /Target SAM/Domains/Accounts/ Users
    hit folder named 000001F4
    Double-click "F" from right
locate the spot in the left column that says "11".
hit the immediate right of the 11, so that the flashing insertion line is to the immediate right of 11
Press backspace to make the 11 disappear and type the number 10, save and exit regedit and command prompt restart your machine

When your computer turns on, log in with the account named 'Administrator'.this emergency Administrator account allows you to fix your normal administrator account by using the user accounts control panel.

    enjoy....do care fully
