How to Disable Unused Icons Notification

Hello , Every month or in a two months , i get this Windows XP offers to clean unused icons on your desktop, and move them into a special folder: 'Unused Desktop Shortcuts' these Message is really annoying , Can anyone Tell me How can i Disable these unused icons notification , please help thanks in advance

To disable balloon tips in the notification area, follow these steps:

• Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then press ENTER.
• Locate the following subkey:
  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
• Right-click the right side pane, create a new DWORD value, and then name it EnableBalloonTips.
• Double-click EnableBalloonTips, and then give it a value of 0.
• Close Registry Editor.
• Log off Windows, and then log back on.

Right-click on your desktop Click on "Arrange Icons by"> "Run Desktop Cleanup Wizard" and Uncheck the line if not already done and also you can Go to Control Panel / Display / Desktop tab and Click Customize Desktop ...
Uncheck "Run Desktop Cleanup Wizard every sixty days" and then click OK.

1. Click Start, Run.
2. Type in regedit and press [OK].
3. The Record / The registry editor opens.
   
   
   
4. Maximize the window if necessary
5. In the left pane, navigate to the following subkey:
   
   HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ Desktop \ CleanUpWiz
   
6. In the right pane, create a new DWORD value and name it NoRun.
7. Set it up as 1. OK.
8. Close the registry editor and, if necessary, restart your PC.
