    What is CLMLSVC.EXE

I was installing Microsoft Visio last week but couldn't because of this application. Everytime I try I get an error message saying CLMLSVC.EXE blocking the installation. Thus the installation program could not safely continue and terminated unwillingly. Can you explain me what is CLMLSVC.EXE? Is it a virus? Can I remove it some how?

CLMLSvc.exe is related to the CyberLink Media Library Service from Cyberlink. Clmlsvc.exe uses excessive system and memory resources with no corresponding benefit. This file may cause high CPU usage, and thus resulting system to work slowly or may sometime hangs frequently. You can close CLMLSvc.exe to free up resources and to improve overall system performance.
