Cannot find wnaspi32.dll in Windows Vista

I had been using CD magic in windows XP but after the installation on windows vista, when I run the program a window appears :

wnaspi32.dll cannot find, please install Adaptec's ASPI manager

I do not know what that means, I can find on the net.

Someone just help me thank you in advance ....

If only need driver for it, you download wnaspi32.dll on the net and put it into the installation directory of your burning software.
