You can also make shortcut on your desktop to perform one click complete scan. first make the shortcut and point the scheduler at it and see if it works. In Windows, go to START - Run - and type cmd. Changing the test number changes the type of scan at "C:\Program Files\Grisoft\AVG7\avgw.exe"
First create a temporary folder (PC scan) on your C: drive and assign it a read-only attribute. After that next step is to launch a web-browser and download the latest Beta DAT file from McAfee. Click Start, then select Run In Run window, type cmd then click OK. In Command Prompt window, type cd C:\scan and press Enter, Type dir to view the contents of the folder Type: win_betaengdat.zip /e and press Enter. When the scan is finished, type exit and restart your computer.
