Download ComboFix.exe. This program indicates a better view to the files running, those which are hidden, and also those which are in the registry.

Note - Right-click on the System Tray icon and disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications. Otherwise, they may interfere with our tools.

    Double-click on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.

As part of it's process, ComboFix will check whether Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed. With malware infections being as they are today, It is strongly recommended to have this pre-installed on your machine before doing any malware removal.

Follow the prompts to allow ComboFix to download and install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console, and when prompted, agree to the End-User License Agreement to install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console.

Please note: If the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is already installed, ComboFix will continue it's malware removal procedures.

You need to run Windows Updates. This kind of an error can be simply corrected by updating your operating system files.

Check for the following file below and if it exists - C:/Windows/system32/wdmaud.sys
Delete it (or move/rename) and Reboot.

    Then,
    1. Click Start > select Run > type devmgmt.msc > click OK.
    2. In Device Manager, click View in the upper left > select show hidden devices/drivers.
    3. Click on "non plug and play drivers/devices", and find TDssserv.sys
    4. If present, right click and select disable
    5. Restart computer

    good luck!
