stllssvr.exe - unable to find windows file

My PC was working absolutely fine, until i found the stllssvr.exe which is been detected by the anti-virus software, It shows this file in the anti-virus tub folder but does delete or heal that file, when i tried to delete it manually it does not allow to do so, how do i do this please help..

This file belongs to virus or malware file and to remove stllssvr.exe file it will be located in a subfolder of "C:\Program Files\Common Files". The file size on Windows XP is 73,728 bytes.
The service can be started or stopped from Services in the Control Panel or by other programs. You are not able to this file in any of the window this is because stllssvr.exe is not a Windows system file. The application is not active. There is hardly any detailed description about this service will be available.
