According to me, i think you need to repair all your system files which has been stored on your pc. For doing so you need to click on the Start menu, then select Run and then you need to type in the following command: SFC /SCANNOW |

In order to get rid of the baove issue, you ned to hold down F8 key during the startup. Then you need to select the command prompt and need to type in "SCANREG /RESTORE" with out quotes. then you need tpo press the enter key and then you need to select a date just BEFORE the problem started on your pc and then reboot your system after completing the task. |

Have you installed any new software on your system? It might be that your ole32.dll file may have corrupted on your system. For that you need to replace it by extracting the proper or old ole32.dll from a cab file, which you will get it from your Windows CD. |
