Vista/HP sound help

Hi,

I recently realised my sound playback had switched over to Conexant High Definition Audio, and that I am unable to use the Mute button on my HP DV6000 laptop's Quickplay bar. Looking at the Playback devices in the Sound menu, only the Conexant and the Bluetooth Hands-free Audio devices are able for selection. However, in device manager, the Bluetooth Stereo Audio is also available. It seems that the Bluetooth Stereo Audio has been disabled in the Playback device section, and I was wondering if there is anyway of reinstating it here, so that I can select it for the sound playback device?

For that you need to go to your Settings, then select Control Panel, then you need to click on System and finally click on Device manager. Then you need to delete your sound device and then you need to shut down your system. Then reboot your system and you should get the message "new device found" on your desktop screen and check out whether your Windows can install it from your Windows files. if you don't have it then you need to download the driver from the official site and then you need to install it manually on your pc.

Go to this HP QuickPlay Update and install it.

and from here get all the wireless device and network drivers , may need to reboot after installation.
