Where is device manager in Windows XP

I have a problem installing a driver for my webcam. I need to find device manager for doing the same. Where do i find device manager in Windows XP. I'm a computer noob and have no idea except playing games. Help!

To open Device Manager :

• Go to Start Menu
• Select Control Panel
• Open System
• Go to Hardware tab
• Click Device Manager

Alternative to open device manager :

• Go to Start menu
• Click on Run
• type 'compmgmt.msc' without quote and press enter
• From the list on the left side select device manager

• There, type 'devmgmt.msc' without quote and press enter
