Volume initialization in progress ERROR (200015)

I was trying to initialize the volume with vol init v1 data

but i got error

WARNING - Volume data will be initialized to zero.
WARNING - Volume initialization can take a significant amount of time.
Continue ? [N]: y
Volume initialization in progress...
ERROR (200015) VN_RAIDERR: RAID error

so what to do now can some one help ?

Did you set is a version of a controller 4 can before the RAID 5 if yes that is after 5 than its strange.first confirm if the drive is defective.it better to reset drive also try to attempt power-cycle the array, AFTER ensuring that ALL the volumes in the array are NOT used and last if drive defective go for drive replacement.
