How to delete Internet Explorer's Browsing History

I am using internet explorer on my friends computer as i have come to stay at his place for some days. I'm not that good at computer but he his. I don't want him to know what i did and which sites i visited. So can anyone help me delete Internet Explorer's history... Thanks!

Here's a way to do it :

Right-Click on Internet Explorer > Properties
At the Bottom click on 'Clear History'
Then click on Delete Cookies
Then click on Delete Files

Done!

Hey, Thanks for the quick one. But are you sure, everything will be erased? I can't take any risk. Well i check mails and private information of my office and i can't let it fall in wrong hands or i'll be sued for doing it... So i can't right my job..! Thanks!

Ok to be 100% sure do as Fame suggested then go to start menu and click run. Now type : %temp% and press Enter. Now click the UP arrow above the address bar. Now there will be a folder Temporary Internet Files. Open it and delete all files and done..!
