How to install full version of vista downloaded

I have Windows Vista, how do i install the full version of Vista on my computer? I have installed Vista several times but everytime it tells me that it is 60 days trial version. Can anyone help me?

Click on Windows Start button and type 'Activate Windows' It will connect to the internet. Now if you don't have the internet connection you will have to call microsoft's toll free number to activate it. After the activation, windows will be full version. The best and the easiest way is to get connected to internet and activate windows. Also it the the most fastest method.

Thanks for the quick reply. But are you sure microsoft will not lock down my computer? I don't have the Vista DVD and not the product key too. I have downloaded the Vista DVD image from my friend. Is it really safe to activate windows? Help Guys! Thanks!

The thing you are talking about is ILLEGAL. I don't want to get involved with this kind of topic. And for your help : "Buy Genuine Vista else you cannot use the full version" Piracy will not be tolerated by anyone... And if you don't get yourself banned, please don't post such topics!
