user accounts not responding

I am running Vista on my computer & today i am facing a strange error when trying to access the user account i am not able to work on it / can say it does not respond to my commands. I have only one Admin Account on this. when i try to give a command it just gives me the output of mouse click on speakers but no output on the screen. What might be the problem Can anyone help me...??

Are you working on the same Admin Account. Looks like you are not logged in the Admin Account. Does if not first login to the Admin Account. Because generally this type of error comes up with the guest user.

I am also facing the same problem & was working on the Admin Account only. But somebody asked me to format it or repair windows. I tried that stuff & thanks to that man it worked Hope this also works for you...!

If you not having Admin Privileges Try this to get it :

You must not logging as administrator user but with the administrator account. To do so, just go to "run" and type the command; lusrmgr.msc ", after that, go to users, right - click on administrator 's features then allow. once that is done, the loggout and get in the administrator account that appears and installs its softness. Hope it's going to help.
