Error code 8E5E0147 in vista

I am getting an error code while updating service pack 1 vista. Whenever i try to do download it show me error code 8e5e0147. I tried to reinstalled my browser and also turn off the firewall but the same message appears. Does anyone know what causes this issue and how to fix it?Any help will be extremely appreciated.

This problem can occur for many different reasons. However, the following reasons are the most common:
You already have the service pack installed and do not realize it.
You must install another update before you can install the service pack.
You have not installed Vista Service Pack 1 (SP1) and therefore you are not being offered the option to install Vista Service Pack 2 (SP2). Windows Vista SP2 requires you to have SP1 installed.
System components that you must have to install the service pack are not installed on your computer.
