paltalk.exe application error in xp

After installing Pal Talk Software on my system i am getting an error paltalk.exe -application error,the application failed to initalize propely (0xc0000006). click on ok terminate the application. I have installed windows xp on my computer. Any suggestions to solve this .

paltalk.exe is a PALTALK8 belonging to PaltalkScene from AVM Software Inc.The program has a visible window. The file is not a Windows core file. Program listens for or sends data on open ports to LAN or Internet. paltalk.exe is able to record inputs, monitor applications.
