Vista randomly restarts

Hello everybody,
I have windows vista on my desktop. Whenever i try to play any games or run any programs, my computer randomly restarts. I cannot do anything now. Anyone have solution for this problem?

Try following:

• Right click on My Computer
• Click on Properties
• Go to Advanced tab
• Press settings button in Startup and Recovery section
• Uncheck the Automatic Restart under system failure
• Restart your Computer

It can be a hardware issue. Faulty RAM, bad hard drive, overheating may cause this problem. When you installed vista, there might be problem occurred in the memory modules. Test your hardware and try again.
