What is thirdpartyappmgr.exe?

Hi,
I am running windows vista on my desktop. When i did Ctrl+Alt+Del to end some process. There i found one process running named thirdpartyappmgr.exe. What is it? Can i kill this process?

I think your system is infected with viruses. Update your antivirus and do full system scan. Use some free antivirus softwares available on the internet. Also run some anti-adware and anti-spyware applications.

thirdpartyappmgr.exe is nothing but a ThirdPartyAppMgr.exe\r belonging to ThirdPartyAppMgr\r. It registers a Dynamic Link Library File and executed as a Process.
