Solution : Download Advpack.dll, I have seen that it is probably in connection with DirectX9. Install DirectX9 and reboot.

Please click the right mouse button on the Resident icon in the toolbar "Spybot S & D resident" and select "Preferences." There you will find 4 lists with Noted decisions (allowed / blocked processes and Reg-changes). To remove an entry, you only need to on the cross next to the entry button. Just change the environment variables for TEMP and TMP% USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp to C:/Temp folder or any other ...
