Vista Operating System

Hi,

I had bought a new laptop (Sony Vaio) and I uploaded the Vista OS. I work for a telematics company and we have to use the google earth to track our vehicles. Now the problem is that I am not able to install the google earth nor the plugin of the same. Can somebody ttell me if this is a problem with the OS or the Laptop or if there could be a problem with the Google Earth Download. It will be of great help if some body can help with the same at the earliest.

Check the system requirements for Google Earth. I suggest you take the auto-update off! The fewer 'auto' updates the better.

check for application compatibility version like for 64bit or 32bit windows version also check for firewall setting which can block your access .

It sounds like Google Pack might be having an issue with installing Google Earth. try again to install it after downloading Google earth from their official site. Or run the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility, uninstall then reinstall Google Earth.
