Find that file in registry under Current User/Software/Microsoft/Windows/Explorer/Doc. Reinstall windows 95 and all the drivers. Check the CD, it might be corrupted. Borrow another cd from someone and try again.

When you try to reinstall Windows 95 over an existing installation of Windows 95, you may receive this error. Have a look at this Microsoft's article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q186771/ Try to find the file with manual search option.

When you will search the registry, you will get reference in the registry in \HKEY_LOCALMMACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\VxD\VWYN32... Then delete the reference like *vwyn32. I hope it helps.
