"you do not have access to logon to this session"

Hi, I am getting "you do not have access to logon to this session" when trying to use Remote Desktop to connect to a user's computer. I can remote into other computers,so I'm sure my permissions are fine. I tried removing fInHelpMode from HKEY_Local_Machine\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server and rebooted the machine, but I still get the same error. We use Windows XP pro...please help!

Hi, should search this forum before posting any new query, this helps to avoid duplication. There is a discussion already posted on this error message before. You can find it here Error Message "You do not have access to logon to this session "

Just go through this, hope this can solve your problem as well.

Follow the steps below to solve your problem:
    • First click on the start and then on Run.
    • Now type the regedit command.
    • Here you need to move on the key below:
    • HKEY_Local_Machine\System\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Terminal Server
    • Now make right click on fInHelpMode, and then click on Delete.
    • For saving the changes just restart your system.
