How to export registry keys?

I have 2 partitions. On the one Windows is installed on the other games and programs. Now I want to reinstall Windows, logically, the games and the programs continue to be installed. The problem is, as it with the registry are no longer linked, I have the keys (Keys), logically, export and re import. Now my question is, what records must I export, I can in the registry eg WinRar yes, then he shows me all the possible entries, which are connected with Winrar.
