    Windows 7 : 0x0000007E blue screen

I just downloaded the English version of Windows 7 64 bit.

I have burned on a dvd (in iso).

when I start the computer with the dvd all goes well, loading windows files,

when the loading is finished: blue screen error code

    0x0000007E (0xFFFFFFFFC0000005, 0xFFFFF8000C5F9E4C, 0xFFFFF880027CCE48, 0xFFFFF880027CC6A0).

Is there a place where you can find the meaning of terms in the parenthesis?

How to install this version of Windows (I want to install in dual boot with Vista)?

    Thank you in advance

Did you download the 32 bit, you have less problematic

AS you create a partition? what size etc. .. gives some details of your failure

When you've burned as you choose to burn an image and burn speed lower than that recommended by default.

    hello,

    1) With 6 GB of memory, I want to try a 64-bit version.

    2) You have two hard drives.

The first C: 29.7 GB used 14.2 GB free vista installed system boot partition

D: 4.4 GB used 39.9 GB free logical drive

E: 7.5 GB used 4.49 GB free (for photos) partition

F: 9.5 GB used 30.4 GB free (for film music books) logical sector

On the second G: GB 28 GB 100 used free vista installed dual boot (this is the same as C)

H: 0.88 GB used 11.6 GB free partition. that it is on the install seven.

    3) I burned the DVD with CD Burner XP has the smallest of the proposed speed is 2.77 MB 2x seconds.

    4) Not much to say more for the start: I started on the DVD which asks me what I want to install (only one choice possible) after entering a screen with "loading windows" when the load is finished change screen then the blue screen with the code mentioned above. I can, if necessary, repeat the test installation and record all the details.

There is a stage that you did not see it because you want to request or install it in your case where you tried to install it appears on the C: but not enough space on the hard drive must be careful it must offer to install it on a partition.

Problems finally resolved. No longer able to install any OS (Vista, XP-Pro and W7), I did a search on Google . A faulty memory module or different strips can cause the inability to install an OS !!!!! I had a card different from others. I have removed and then I booted with the first DVD that I burned W7 and that's it.

now I get an error 0x80070017. It seems that this error comes from a bad burn on my DVD or a bad record in my file on the Microsoft site. I rewritten the dvd and then retry.

    Hello,
I was also getting the same error and found out that my computer will not support Win 7 with 3 gb of ram. I removed one stick and it worked fine. Good Luck!

So I had the same error. (0x0000007E) I just rebuilt my computer. Now I can't seem to get any operating system on it. Any pointers? So far I formated my 260gb hdd(as well as a few others). I tried putting xp and win 7 on it with no luck. I swapped the ram out. I even gave it a hug. Still nothing. Any help would be appreciated
